The Just Culture Peer Group is responsible for reviewing events that have occurred and interpreting the system behaviour at the time of the incident.
This will happen through a systemic analysis of the incident taking into account all relevant factors, such as culture, technology, procedures and circumstances. A set of system behaviours have been defined to support the Just Culture Peer group make their interpretation.
The Just Culture Peer Group has the following Terms of Reference:

Review the actions of the human and the machine elements. |
Interpret the System Behaviour. |
The Membership is made up of representatives from the different operational, technical and support groups across the organisation.
This meeting will be held Monthly or as required to support event investigations.
