The Multi-Organisation Safety Group provides a platform for the organisation to collaborate with other aviation stakeholders on safety management matters, share information and identify improvement opportunities related to the service(s) which are common.
The Multi-Organiation Safety Group has the following Terms of Reference:
Note: The TORs will change based on the scope and stakeholders involved in any multi-organisation safety group.

Provide resources and sponsorship of service safety improvement actions. | |
Endorse communication of safety improvement activities to internal and external stakeholders. | |

Review status of any planned lifecycle activities and analyse approach. | |
Objective #5: Supporting Organisation and Culture | Review performance and effectiveness of SMS implementation within the service area |

Note: The membership is dependent on the scope of meeting and which other organisations are participating. In general, Operational Managers and Front-line operators, Safety Managers and Service Safety Staff should attend from each of the organisations. It certain meetings it will be important for the Accountable Manager to also attend.
The Chairperson(s) should be decided upon by the group and have one representative from each organisation, unless agreed otherwise.
This meeting will be held Monthly.
