The objective of this process is to verify the safety performance of the services, validate the effectiveness of the safety risk controls, and provide intelligence on when acceptable safety levels can no longer be met and a remedial action is necessary.
This process covers the analysis of all aviation services delivered by the organisation. The scope of the analysis should be within the context of the safety performance indicators defined by the service safety risk assessment.
This process is triggered either by an annual review of safety performance indicators or by the requirements described in the SPI Analysis Schedule or by the request for an Ad-hoc analysis.
