The scope of this process covers the proactive identification of safety actions based on the analysis of safety performance as well as any actions or recommendations identified from other process, for example, the investigation and audit processes.
This process is triggered by the arrival of a recommendation or action, a period review of actions (e.g. monthly or quarterly) or an annual review of strategic safety actions.
