The Safety Risk Assessor is responsible for the planning and implementation of a safety risk assessment for either a new service or a change to that service. This includes identifying hazards and consequences, identifying safety controls and mitigation and the declaration of safety risk.
The Safety Risk Assessor will facilitate workshops, where appropriate, with other subject matter experts within the organisation to perform the safety risk assessment.
