The objective of this process is to ensure that all employees and contractors are aware of their responsibilities to the delivery of the organisations services.
The process applies to all employees within the organisations including operational and non-operational. Any contractor who is working within an operational environment shall be covered by this process where the contractor is in place for longer than a 1 month period.
This process is triggered by either an Annual Review of the scope and content of the responsibilities or when a new employee or contractor joins the organisation.
