The SMS Coordinator is responsible for the day to day management of the Safety Management System and its associated documentation. They are also responsible for ensuring that audits, reviews, and surveys (including Safety Culture Climate Surveys) and that appropriate communications to employees about the implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System.
