Develop Safety Case for Services

Objective

The objective of this process is to ensure that the organisation can demonstrate that each service it provides to its customers is acceptably safe on a continual basis by providing evidence how the organisation’s Core Objectives are implemented.

Scope

This process covers the development of new services and the changes to those services as a result of periodic review or planned changes to the service.

Trigger

This process is triggered by a request a develop a Service Safety Case for a new service, a notification of a change or a periodic review.
