Develop Safety Case for Changes

Objective

The objective of this process is to ensure that changes that are identified as potentially high significance will be acceptable safe and that all stakeholders are appropriately communicated to as a result of the change.

Scope

The scope of this process covers all high-significant changes as identified by the Assess Impact of Change Process. This process may also be applied to any change activity that is deemed appropriate without consideration to the output of the Assess Impact of Change Process.

Trigger

This process is triggered by either a request based on a change that was determined to be high significance or as required by the organisation.
